The original shipping and handling are not refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return items must be in their original condition. In other words, unused, undamaged, and unworn with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please send us an email with a picture of the damaged item in its original packaging. The shipper will require this documentation for processing a claim.
