Returned items must be in their original condition. In other words, unused, undamaged, and unworn with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please send us an email with a picture of the damaged item in its original packaging. Also, save the original packaging because the shipping service may require this documentation for processing a claim.
